All filters in sheet metal do not have the same shape, but we are adaptable to your needs. Promofiltres is equipped to make filters in accordance with your designs.
They can be:
In sheet metal And in this case they can be made in the metal of your choice, and be rolled or welded up to 10 microns in mesh opening
In perforated steel sheeting They can be in stainless steel or brass, copper or white iron. They could also be cut, rolled or welded.
In expanded micro metal, made from all types of metal, which works well for filtration between 150 microns and 3,5 mm thick.
We also know how to make assembly bases in all possible metals. We can treat them with chasing, cutting, punching, turning and under-cutting.
We can also assemble these elements using different relevant techniques – electrical welding point by point, argon welding or cold welding. We can also hard solder with tin or silver, or glue wherever necessary.
