Some examples of our simple and crimped screen filters:
- Various sintered screens.
Filters made from small calibrated metal balls that are highly compressed and shaped in a die using a stamp.
Then the parts obtained are heated in a vacuum or in a controlled atmosphere, to a temperature below the melting point of the main component.
Due to the heat, the materials bond to each other. The bond is solid enough to achieve usable mechanical components. The porous parts obtained can also be used as filters. - Various circular crimped metal screen or perforated metal, multi-layer (a stack of a number of metal screens) screen filters.
